A. Your card will be charged in 1 installment; on the same day you purchase a product.

A. Your materials need to be submitted approximately 1 hour prior to the commencement of your website’s construction. If you do not submit materials to us by that time, then your website will be allocated another time slot. Failure to submit your materials for a third time will result in the cancellation of your service. At this time you will loose your initial deposit. The remainder of your monies will be refunded.

A. Refunds will be made for any amount exceeding the initial payment. Therefore, if you purchased the Website Only Bronze Plan at the price of $899.99, then the entire amount will be refunded less a cancellation charge of 50% of the initial charge. Note that this is only within the initial stages of the project. Refunds will only be made within 1 day or 24 hours of purchase.

A. The LinkPoint merchant gateway will be used to process your transactions. Please note that we can also accomodate clients using PayPal, Bluepay, Psigate, Authorize.net, Concorde and many more popular merchant gateways on the market. Please note that some merchant gateways may require additional charges to integrate them with our websites or shopping carts.
